How to make an appointment（予約方法英語）

☀️Kids Clinic Kawaguchi Ekimaein
・Our clinic is open 365 days a year, including weekends and holidays.
(Closed Thursday afternoons only.)
・Online reservations required
・Vaccinations and health checkups are also available.(by appointment only).【Consultation Hours】
• Morning consultations: 9:00 AM – 12:30 PM
• Afternoon consultations: 2:00 PM – 5:30 PM
※If you are a returning patient, please log in to make an appointment.

Online appointments can be booked from 7:00 AM.

【Online Appointment Booking Hours】
• Morning appointment booking: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• Afternoon appointment booking: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

【Vaccinations & Health Checkups】
Online booking available 24 hours a day

【First-time Patients】

First, you need to create an online appointment account.
１．Click the “Online Appointment” button on our website.
２．Click “Create an Account” on the online booking site.
３．Enter your child’s information.

４．Account creation is complete.
【For Patients with an Account】
⚠️Our clinic operates by appointment only.
１．Click the “Online Appointment” button on our website.

２．Log in from My Page.

３．Enter your ID and password.
４．Select the service you would like to book.
５．For same-day visits, please select “Consultation”.
６．Click “Proceed to Booking”.

７．Select “Same-day consultation (受付開始 from 7:00 AM)” and click “Next”

８．Select the applicable option and confirm your insurance registration.
９．Choose your preferred visit time.
(Please select a time slot marked with a ○.)
　⚠️Slots marked with × are fully booked.
１０．Review your appointment details and click “Next”.
１１．Would you like to book an appointment at [time]?　Click “Yes”.
【Check your appointment details and complete the medical questionnaire.】

 

１．Click “My Page”.

 

２．You can check your appointment time.
